End User License Agreement (EULA) for Bhagavad Gita Community AI

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the use of the Bhagavad Gita Community AI mobile application (“App”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Bhagwat Gita AI app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the app.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bhagwat Gita AI app solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this EULA, our Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

You may:

  • Download and install the app on your personal device(s).

  • Use the app’s features, including AI chat (Krishna AI), reminders, community, and subscription services.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or any of its content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.

  • Use the app in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on others’ rights.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the app — including but not limited to its content, graphics, AI models, software code, database, logos, and name “Bhagwat Gita AI” — belong exclusively to EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION.

You are granted only the limited right to use the app as outlined in this EULA.
All other rights are reserved by the company.

3. AI Features and Content Disclaimer

The Krishna AI chatbot provides spiritual, educational, and conversational experiences inspired by the Bhagavad Gita Community Ai.
However:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate.

  • The app’s AI does not replace professional spiritual or psychological counseling.

  • You agree not to rely solely on AI responses for any critical decisions or beliefs.

We may use anonymized chat interactions to improve AI performance and personalization, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • The app offers in-app subscriptions that unlock premium features.

  • All purchases are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store.

  • We store non-financial purchase data (like subscription plan and validity) to personalize your account.

  • You can cancel subscriptions anytime from your Play Store or App Store settings.

  • After cancellation, you’ll retain premium access until your billing cycle ends.

We do not store or access your payment card information.
All payments are handled securely by Google or Apple.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may post text, images, or participate in group chats through community features.
You agree that:

  • You own or have permission to share the content.

  • You will not upload or share offensive, unlawful, or harmful material.

  • You will respect other users and community guidelines.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content that violates these conditions.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect certain personal information (name, email, photo, gender, DOB, and language) for personalization and account management.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates or improvements to the app periodically.
These updates may automatically install or require manual installation.
You agree that continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the modified version of this EULA.

8. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated by either you or EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION.
We may terminate your access if:

  • You violate any terms of this agreement.

  • You misuse the app or its content.

  • We discontinue the app or its services.

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any data loss, account deletion, or interruption in service.

  • Any reliance on AI chatbot responses or user-generated content.

Your use of the Bhagwat Gita AI app is at your sole risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app or violation of this EULA.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HIMACHAL PRADESH, India.
