Bhagavad Gita Community AI is a spiritual and AI-powered application developed by EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION, designed to help users explore teachings of the Bhagwat Gita through interactive AI chat (Krishna AI), reminders, and community features.

By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using:

  • Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication.

  • Optional information such as phone number, gender, or date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. In-App Subscriptions

  • Bhagwat Gita AI offers in-app subscriptions to access premium content and personalized experiences.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Play Store or App Store account settings.

  • When a subscription is canceled, you will retain premium access until the end of the billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. User Content and Community Guidelines

Our app includes community and group chat features that allow users to post images, text, and messages.
By posting or sharing content, you agree that:

  • You own or have the right to share such content.

  • Your content does not violate any law, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

  • You will not post or share any content that is offensive, abusive, or promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
